Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Return Shipping Fee

 

A flat $9.99 return shipping fee applies to all returns requesting a refund to the original payment method. This fee covers the cost of the return label and is deducted from your refund.

 

If you'd prefer store credit instead, we'll waive the return shipping fee entirely — store credit returns ship back to us for free.

 

How to Start a Return

 

To start a return, contact us at Eavesdropsports@gmail.com. Please include your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your package back. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Condition Requirements

 

All returned items must be in original, unused condition with all original accessories and packaging included. Products that show signs of use, damage, or missing components may be subject to a partial refund or denial.

 

Damages and Issues

 

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.

 

Exchanges

 

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order separately.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
